The scope of this project included the demolition and installation of new 150‐ton Air‐Cooled Helical Rotary Water Chiller at 75 Unity Avenue, Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. In addition GEM poured a concrete pad for new chiller, extended chilled water mains to new chiller location, insulated pipe, filled system, and installed a new fence around chiller according to District guidelines.
