The scope of this project included removing and replacing the existing heating plant and associated pumps, valves, meters, electrical service and piping within the boiler room. The existing pump was replaced to provide a primary/secondary piping arrangement that allowed the secondary loop to be variable flow. New heating plant and distribution system controls were installed, and the addition of a second back-up heating water pump.
