This senior care living facility is located at 7979 State Road, Philadelphia. The project included the selective demolition and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction. GEM was responsible for the demolition and replacement of hot water generators and associated components including in‐line pumps, thermostatic mixing valves, insulated storage tanks, and a chimney exhaust system. All instrumentation and controls system for the mechanical equipment was supplied and installed by GEM.
