The scope of this project included the supply and installation of a new heating, ventilating, air conditioning and electrical system at 200 Karrs Lane, Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. GEM was responsible for equipment, materials, and labor for a complete system including, ductwork, hot water heating system piping, cabinet heaters, finned radiation, an ATC Control system and all pipe insulation.
