The project included the demolition and removal of equipment, ductwork and piping for the installation of a new completely operable chilled water system at 415 Welsh Street, Chester, Pennsylvania. The new work required excavating and horizontal directional drilling for installation of underground utilities. The restoration of grounds with new trees and shrubs was also provided by GEM.
