This project involved selective demolition and renovation of existing spaces for the School’s Career and Technical Education rooms. We supplied and installed new wall‐hung air conditioning split systems (mini splits), including indoor units, outdoor units, refrigerant line sets, condensate pump, condensate piping, remote control, and all accessories required. GEM also supplied and installed a new sink, faucet, supplies, stops, traps and accessories. System demonstration and training was provided to the Maintenance staff and Technical teaching staff.
