In 2009, GEM completed the Duct Cleaning at Brook Elementary, Flex Middle School, and Spring‐Ford High School. GEM also installed access panels with locking devices in the High School. The work was completed off-hours to avoid interruption to the teachers and students. In 2012, GEM completed the Mechanical Cleaning of the Non‐Porous Air Conveyance Systems in Spring‐Ford High School and the Intermediate School, Royersford, PA
