GEM Mechanical was responsible for the complete and proper cooling tower replacement and a new chiller installation on the roof‐top of this Condominium complex. Work included demolition of the existing unit, installation of the new equipment to the roof, and all of the new piping and insulation required. All new piping was completed to tie into the existing control system.
